FOOD PLANT DESIGN SERVICES
Fulton Food Safety’s team of food plant design experts offer advice and assistance in designing a food plant layout that will meet your needs as well as the expectations of your customers and the regulatory agencies involved. Facility layouts and operational flows are designed with food safety/HACCP principles as the basis for all design work.
Government requirements, suppliers, customers and GFSI requirements have made regular audits a reality for any business operating in the food industry. Fulton Food Safety Inc. has the expertise and experience working with government auditors, 3rd party audit groups and Certification Bodies to facilitate and prepare operators for upcoming audits.
FFS can prepare management and staff for audits through training and performing pre-assessments or GAP audits to identify potential deficiencies prior to the audit to allow time to address these items before the 3rd party audit. The staff of Fulton Food Safety can provide support services to your staff throughout the audit process to ensure a positive outcome.
Training is provided by our BRC approved training providers (ATP’s) at our location or as customized training programs delivered specifically for your facility’s needs. We offer training in a wide range of programs including training in HACCP & prerequisite programs, Regulatory Labelling, BRC training courses and now offer the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Foods course.
